In Todays Lesson, we took pictures of our current flexibility. The idea of this is that when we next review our progress, we can take another set of pictures and compare them to the first so we get a visual idea of how well we are doing.
This is my current ‘Turn Out’ – I am pleased with this however I believe that there is a lot of room for progression. I have set myself a goal to achieve by the end of the winter term. I want to have my feet parallel to each other at a 180 degree angle.
